Travel Opportunities

"Everyone" knows teachers love to travel. I personally know this because I come from a family of educators. My parents were worldwide travelers who commemorated their trips with scrapbooks, stickpins on a map of the world and meals introducing new tastes and reviving memories.

This list points to some companies we've used, some places we've been that we'd like to recommend, and others we'd like to try:

Alaska Halibut Fishing, http://www.ninilchik.com describes themselves as "one of the oldest outfits on the peninsula. Well established, family owned and operated charter fishing. In this business, experience counts, over 15 years of knowledge and expertise to make your trip a success." Might be a great alternative to the traditional Alaskan cruise if you are so inclined. Or it could be an extension that turns it into a trip of a lifetime!
